Requirements
- 5+ years in HR, People Operations, Total Rewards, or Talent at a Fortune 500 or large public company.
- Experience at top-tier HR advisory or executive search firm (Mercer, Aon, WTW, Korn Ferry, Spencer Stuart, Heidrick & Struggles).
- Direct experience with enterprise HRIS at scale.
- Experience with multi-country workforce programs.
- Familiarity with Fortune 500 compensation philosophy.
- Experience with equity programs and regulatory environments.
- Preferred: Prior rubric, training-content, or HR enablement authorship.
Responsibilities
- Construct scenarios across enterprise talent acquisition, total rewards, employee relations, and workforce planning at Fortune 500 scale.
- Build tasks involving enterprise HRIS at 5K+ to 50K+ employee scale (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM Cloud).
- Develop multi-country leave, benefits, and compliance scenarios (FMLA, ADA, EU parental leave, APAC statutory programs).
- Design enterprise total rewards programs including equity, deferred comp, and executive compensation.
- Author tasks on Fortune 500 DEI programs, organizational design, and M&A people integration.
- Write rubrics that distinguish authentic enterprise HR judgment from generic guidance.
