Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate the social media content pipeline from planning to publication
- Oversee YouTube content production and ensure videos are delivered on schedule
- Coordinate with hosts, scriptwriters, editors, and other team members throughout the production process
- Review videos before publication and provide feedback to editors
- Manage content calendars and publishing schedules
- Monitor audience engagement and respond to comments when needed
- Track content performance and identify opportunities for growth
- Work closely with the team to improve video titles, descriptions, thumbnails, and overall content strategy
- Assist with basic copywriting for social media posts, YouTube descriptions, community posts, and promotional content
- Ensure brand consistency across all content and platforms
