- 5–6+ years of experience in FP&A or similar financial roles
- Strong background in financial reporting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and structured in your thinking
- Proactive, autonomous, and comfortable operating in ambiguity
- Strong communicator capable of turning numbers into clear business narratives
- Builder mindset focused on process improvement
Responsibilities
- Build and improve weekly and monthly P&L reporting, reforecasting, and business planning
- Analyze deviations vs plan, identify risks and opportunities, and drive actions
- Create management-ready financial presentations covering P&L, KPIs, and cash burn
- Partner closely with Marketing, Operations, Leadership, Accounting, Treasury, and BI
- Improve FP&A processes end-to-end focusing on clarity, speed, accuracy, and automation
- Help establish a culture where every dollar spent is driven by the business plan
