- 5+ years of experience in a financial or analytical role.
- Experience at a high-growth tech company.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Very strong Google Sheets, Excel, Google Slides, and PowerPoint skills.
- Hands-on experience pulling and analyzing complex data.
- Excellent financial modeling skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven ability to influence senior leadership.
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.
- Experience building scalable processes and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Build trusted relationships with key cross-functional business partners and stakeholders.
- Provide quantitative and qualitative analysis to support strategic business decision-making for products/campaigns.
- Enhance company-wide financial planning processes including quarterly forecasting and annual budgeting.
- Analyze operational performance against KPIs and recommend improvement actions.
- Prepare timely financial variance analysis and report results to business units.
- Maintain and monitor long-term financial models.
- Proactively contribute to improvements in processes and reporting using AI and automation.
- Collaborate with the Data team to design and validate business metrics and dashboards.
- Build and maintain business dashboards including analytics for LTV, ARPU, and CAC.
- Contribute to the preparation of Board materials and other strategic deliverables.
