Requirements

  • VP-level experience leading a revenue or commercial function.
  • Experience at a B2B media, events, or marketing-services company.
  • Track record of personally closing strategic, multi-product, six-figure-plus deals.
  • Background in integrated marketing or media campaign sales.
  • Experience packaging custom deals into repeatable revenue products.
  • Ability to align Sales, Product, Delivery/AdOps, and RevOps systems.
  • Strong commercial judgment on pricing and deal structuring.
  • Coaching instinct for enterprise selling capability.

Responsibilities

  • Personally pitch, negotiate, and close high-value strategic deals.
  • Design custom multi-channel campaigns for enterprise B2B clients.
  • Turn successful custom deals into packaged offers, pricing, and proposal templates.
  • Stand up a Program Delivery function with clear SLAs and execution.
  • Audit and restructure the sales organization and segmentation.
  • Install operating cadence including pipeline reviews, forecasting, and KPIs.
  • Coach the sales team on integrated program selling and deal structuring.
  • Partner with event and content leaders to feed the pipeline.
