Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats for healthcare-related inquiries
  • Gather accurate patient information and verify insurance coverage and eligibility
  • Guide patients through the intake process with clarity, empathy, and professionalism
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless patient transitions and follow-throughs
  • Accurately document all interactions and maintain compliance with healthcare standards
  • Resolve concerns promptly while maintaining a high standard of patient care
