Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats for healthcare-related inquiries
- Gather accurate patient information and verify insurance coverage and eligibility
- Guide patients through the intake process with clarity, empathy, and professionalism
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless patient transitions and follow-throughs
- Accurately document all interactions and maintain compliance with healthcare standards
- Resolve concerns promptly while maintaining a high standard of patient care
