Requirements
- Senior or staff level backend engineering experience.
- Production-grade experience with Go or Python.
- Experience building and deploying AI/LLM-powered systems.
- Proven background in product management (PRDs, roadmaps, success metrics).
- Expertise in modern AI tooling (Claude Code, Cursor, agents, MCPs).
- Experience with GCP architecture for scale and reliability.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Design and build back-end services, APIs, and integrations for internal AI tools.
- Define technical approaches, evaluate build vs. buy, and set AI development standards.
- Run discovery on AI use cases and own the internal AI product roadmap.
- Ship shared AI services and baseline toolkits for employees.
- Provide technical leadership, review designs, and mentor engineering teams.
- Support stakeholder alignment on AI strategy and technical trade-offs.
