Requirements
- Experience building GenAI applications (RAG, multi-agent systems, Text2SQL, fine-tuning).
- Familiarity with HuggingFace, LangChain, and DSPy.
- Expertise in deploying production-grade GenAI applications, including evaluation and optimizations.
- Extensive hands-on data science experience with pandas, scikit-learn, and PyTorch.
- Experience building production-grade machine learning deployments on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Graduate degree in a quantitative discipline or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong communication and teaching skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to travel once every 4-8 weeks to visit customers.
Responsibilities
- Develop cutting-edge GenAI solutions using Databricks AI research techniques.
- Own production rollouts of consumer and internally facing GenAI applications.
- Serve as a trusted technical advisor to customers across a variety of domains.
- Present at conferences such as Data + AI Summit as a thought leader.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product and engineering to shape the roadmap.
