Responsibilities
- Identify high-leverage manual/repetitive processes across the company.
- Translate informal workflows into precise specifications for automation.
- Build automation solutions using Python, APIs, MCP, and agent workflows.
- Instrument and maintain systems with logs and alerts to ensure reliability.
- Drive adoption through training and support of non-technical teams.
- Escalate complex automations to the backend engineering team when necessary.
