Requirements
- 5+ years in sales enablement, commercial operations, revenue operations, or a related GTM function.
- Track record of building or redesigning complex sales tools or models in a B2B environment.
- Advanced data and modeling skills, including Excel and/or Google Sheets fluency and assumptions-based modeling.
- Experience with Salesforce and commercial enablement systems.
- Hands-on AI and prompt engineering experience using platforms like ChatGPT, Claude, or Perplexity.
- Proven ability to drive complex, multi-stakeholder projects without formal authority.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt messaging for technical and executive audiences.
Responsibilities
- Rebuild Omada's Business Case from scratch as a flexible, AI-native solution.
- Own ongoing maintenance, QA, and evolution post-launch of the Business Case tool.
- Partner with Finance, RevOps/Forecasting, PMM, and Sales to align inputs, pricing logic, and ROI methodology.
- Establish governance for the Business Case tool to reduce single-threaded ownership.
- Lead AI Enablement for the Commercial organization.
- Identify, prototype, and scale AI-enabled workflows such as prospecting, presentation generation, and content creation.
- Apply prompt engineering and generative AI to build repeatable workflows and decision-support tools.
- Evaluate and operationalize emerging AI and enablement technologies.
