Job Details

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (life sciences, public health, public administration, social sciences).
7+ years of professional experience in a research setting involving human biomedical data.
Demonstrated knowledge of laws, regulations, and best practices for human research data.
Experience preparing and submitting materials to IRBs, including multi-site protocols.
Experience with legal language or data sharing agreement review.
Experience developing or improving Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Knowledge of incident investigation, root cause analysis, and CAPA plans.
Experience with documentation and task management tools like Google Suite, MS Suite, Confluence, and Jira.
Understanding of F.A.I.R. data sharing and ethical research principles.

Lead the development of policies, processes, and structures for research design, data collection, and dissemination.
Collaborate with research consortia and institutional partners to ensure ethical conduct and responsible data sharing.
Design and champion governance systems that protect research participants and scientific integrity.
Lead data governance initiatives by evaluating sensitivity and applying access controls.
Ensure adherence to ethical, legal, and institutional requirements through monitoring and CAPA plans.
Lead governance initiatives addressing the responsible application of AI and emerging technologies.
Develop and sustain governance protocols, standards, and training materials.
Lead governance partnerships and negotiate data-sharing terms with internal and external collaborators.
