Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, finance, law, economics, or related disciplines
- 8+ years of direct Federal contracting and procurement experience
- At least 1 year of experience at the GS-14 equivalent level or above
- Strong expertise in FAR and cradle-to-grave contracting processes
- Experience with acquisition policy development and governance
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills
- Ability to deliver training and communicate complex concepts
- Experience with federal financial assistance, grants, or interagency agreements
- Strong stakeholder management and advisory skills
- High attention to detail and audit readiness capabilities
Responsibilities
- Provide cradle-to-grave federal procurement and acquisition support across pre-award and post-award activities
- Apply expert knowledge of FAR regulations, federal contracting principles, and acquisition best practices
- Draft, review, and update acquisition policies, SOPs, manuals, and governance documents
- Develop and deliver training for acquisition personnel in various formats
- Manage FAC-COR programs and certification tracking
- Conduct quality assurance reviews, audits, and compliance assessments
- Monitor invoice processing and contract payment compliance
- Support federal financial assistance activities including grants and interagency transactions
- Advise program offices on procurement regulations and strategy
