- 7–10 years of experience in corporate application portfolios
- 5–7 years in client-facing managed services roles
- 5–7 years of hands-on experience in Workday Integrations
- Expert-level knowledge of Workday Financials integrations
- Workday Integrations certification (mandatory)
- Strong understanding of SLA management and enterprise support models
- Proven ability to multitask across complex environments and prioritize effectively under pressure
- Experience working in global delivery models with offshore/onshore collaboration
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, including root cause analysis
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead teams and coordinate multiple parallel workstreams
Responsibilities
- Serve as onshore Integration Lead, overseeing Workday Financials integrations and/or Extend workstreams across multiple engagements
- Apply AMS and implementation methodologies to manage incidents, enhancements, root cause analysis, and ongoing support activities
- Collaborate closely with global delivery teams to ensure timely resolution of issues and smooth day-to-day operations
- Maintain and improve Workday platform performance, including reporting, security administration, business process configuration, and data management
- Ensure SLA compliance and drive operational efficiency across all managed service deliverables
- Lead stakeholder coordination to resolve risks impacting scope, timelines, or service quality
- Develop dashboards, reporting solutions, and process improvements to enhance system visibility and business value
- Provide on-call and holiday support as required to ensure continuous service coverage
- Guide and mentor Workday consultants across multiple client environments
