Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and job experience
- 1+ years of prior full sales cycle experience
- Experience in Financial Services or consultative sales
- Experience collaborating with internal sales teams
- Ability to engage multiple stakeholders including Legal, IT, Security, and Finance
- Experience using communication tools to engage customers
- Understanding of and experience with CRM programs, preferably Salesforce
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong sense of accountability
- Ability to compute basic business math
Responsibilities
- Create and drive revenue within a specified region or list of accounts
- Own the full cycle sales process including prospecting, negotiating contracts, and closing renewal business
- Provide recommendations based on customer business needs and usage patterns
- Collect feedback to qualify leads and sales opportunities
- Handle inbound customer communication and escalate issues regarding billing, legal, security, and technical inquiries
- Collaborate with internal teams to build strategic financial plans for customers
- Educate customers on the value of Cash Advance
- Manage a pipeline within a defined sales process
- Communicate deal status to senior leadership with realistic timelines
