Requirements
- 6+ years of production experience in gaming
- 2+ years focused on LiveOps, tools, or infrastructure
- Experience with F2P mobile or online games
- Proven track record of delivering internal tools and systems at scale
- Strong understanding of backend systems, pipelines, and live operations tooling
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum, Kanban, & Waterfall methodologies
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Analytical thinker with a passion for automation
Responsibilities
- Lead LiveOps Tooling Roadmap: Execute the vision, priorities, and strategy for LiveOps tools and infrastructure.
- Production Management: Own planning, scheduling, and delivery for tooling initiatives.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with engineering, product managers, and analysts to identify tooling gaps.
- Workflow Optimization: Streamline workflows, reduce manual effort, and increase automation for event configuration.
- Stakeholder Alignment: Bridge communication between Live Game leadership and engineering teams.
- Quality & Reliability: Drive best practices in release management, QA, and monitoring.
