Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in app development, cloud, DevOps, or data.
- 7+ years of experience in solution architecture and team leadership.
- 10+ years of experience with enterprise-wide AI/ML adoption strategies.
- Expertise in AI agents, orchestration, and LLM frameworks (e.g., Semantic Kernel, LangChain).
- Experience with search/retrieval (vector databases, Azure AI Search, Pinecone).
- Knowledge of LLM operations, evaluation, and safety/security.
- Experience with Azure AI services, Databricks, and Azure OpenAI.
- Strong consulting background and executive engagement skills.
- Experience leading remote/hybrid teams across time zones.
- Relevant Azure or Databricks certifications preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead architecture and technical strategy for large Azure programs.
- Define modernization blueprints and reference architectures.
- Translate business strategy into cloud architecture roadmaps.
- Guide major architecture decisions and resolve high-impact trade-offs.
- Oversee delivery through design reviews and governance.
- Promote modular design, CI/CD, and AI-assisted development tools.
- Mentor Senior and Delivery Architects.
- Drive sales opportunities as a Pursuit Lead or Technical Solution Lead.
