Requirements
- 8+ years of product management experience in software development.
- Experience building user experiences for a physical product (e.g., self-service checkout, kiosks, POS).
- Track record of owning key revenue generating metrics.
- Strong analytical capability and comfort defining/evolving operational KPIs.
- Demonstrated ability to operate as a senior individual contributor.
- Experimentation mindset with a history of A/B tests.
- Strong cross-functional execution discipline.
- Ability to articulate complex prioritization strategies.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end product roadmap for the kiosk software experience.
- Drive measurable improvement in kiosk transaction completion rates.
- Improve operational effectiveness regarding kiosk functionality and maintenance.
- Partner with web and app teams to simplify the pre-kiosk user journey.
- Provide clear visibility into product metrics, performance, and strategy to leadership.
- Collaborate with engineering, hardware, and operations teams to optimize kiosk experience steps.
- Partner with Data & Analytics to measure performance and validate changes.
- Travel approximately once per quarter to observe customers and study kiosk function.
