Requirements
- 5+ years in content strategy, content marketing, or SEO-driven editorial roles.
- Deep expertise in SEO, including E-E-A-T, YMYL standards, and Schema.org implementation.
- Experience with AEO/GEO content structure for LLM and AI-powered search.
- Proven ability to produce content for featured snippets and conversational search.
- Proficiency with analytics tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Google Search Console.
- Experience managing multisource content models.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with product, engineering, legal, and compliance teams.
- Strong editorial judgment and executive presentation skills.
- Experience in highly regulated industries is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Develop and present a comprehensive content strategy for search, AI, and owned channels.
- Create and optimize content for AI-powered search surfaces including structured FAQs and conversational guides.
- Manage a multisource content model involving writers, influencers, AI tools, and SMEs.
- Execute a PR and citation strategy to secure high-authority backlinks.
- Monitor and shape brand sentiment across social and community platforms.
- Maintain content infrastructure for customer-facing tools like CX chatbots and agent enablement systems.
- Implement governance processes for content accuracy and auditability.
