- Exceptional portfolio demonstrating long-form authority, campaign copy, and conversion-focused web copy.
- Track record of building content programs that drive measurable business outcomes.
- Deep understanding of B2B2C marketing and consumer activation patterns.
- Hands-on expertise in SEO, GEO/LLM optimization, and distribution.
- Ability to translate clinical concepts into clear language for non-clinical audiences.
- Strong test-and-learn discipline and A/B testing experience.
- Practical fluency with AI content/copywriting tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT).
- Startup attitude with the ability to operate as an individual contributor.
Responsibilities
- Own Leap's end-to-end content strategy across blog, white papers, social, ABM, and lifecycle email.
- Produce flagship long-form B2B assets and thought leadership to establish authority.
- Develop SEO and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) strategy.
- Write high-converting direct response copy for sales, ads, and landing pages.
- Define and maintain brand voice across B2B and B2C audiences.
- Execute and analyze A/B tests on creative variants and messaging.
- Connect content output to business KPIs like pipeline influence and member conversion.
- Implement AI-driven workflows to scale content production.
