Requirements

Independent licensure in a mental health field
Native or bilingual English proficiency
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Access to reliable technology for telehealth services
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
High attention to detail and quality of care
Experience working with children, teens, young adults, and adults (preferred)
Experience completing behavioral health assessments and admissions (preferred)

Responsibilities

Develop rapport with clients and referral sources
Present programming information to clients
Complete virtual biopsychosocial assessments for diverse age groups
Determine appropriateness and fit for virtual intensive outpatient program (IOP)
Construct provisional mental health diagnoses using DSM-V criteria
Document client information in electronic medical records
Assign treatment team members and group schedules
Facilitate intake by interfacing with Admissions and Clinical teams
Collaborate with referral sources including hospitals and other providers
