Independent licensure in a mental health field
Experience working with children, teens, young adults, and adults
Experience completing behavioral health assessments and admissions
Native or bilingual English proficiency
Reliable technology for confidential telehealth services
Attention to detail and quality of care

Responsibilities

Develop rapport with clients and referral sources
Present programming information to clients
Complete virtual biopsychosocial assessments across all age groups
Evaluate appropriateness for virtual intensive outpatient program (IOP)
Construct provisional mental health diagnoses using DSM-V criteria
Document client information in electronic medical records
Assign treatment team members and group schedules
Interface with internal clinical and administrative teams
Collaborate with external hospitals, therapists, and providers
