Independent licensure in a mental health field
Experience working with children, teens, young adults, and adults
Experience completing behavioral health assessments and admissions
Access to reliable technology for secure telehealth services
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Native or bilingual English proficiency

Responsibilities

Develop rapport with clients and referral sources
Present programming information to help clients access care
Complete virtual biopsychosocial assessments for children, teens, and adults
Determine appropriateness for virtual intensive outpatient program (IOP)
Construct provisional mental health diagnoses utilizing DSM-V criteria
Document information in accordance with regulatory standards using electronic medical record
Assign treatment team members and group schedules
Interface with internal teams (Admissions, Verification of Benefits, Utilization Review)
Collaborate with external referral sources including hospitals and psychiatrists
