Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Strong foundation in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, including proficiency with formulas like VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, and Pivot Tables.
- Interest in AI, automation, and B2B SaaS.
- Familiarity with standard accounting tools or desire to master cloud ERPs.
- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Assist with day-to-day corporate AP and accounting tasks, including managing workflows, vendor records, and internal reconciliations.
- Support the team in tracking and organizing key SaaS growth data such as ARR, MRR, customer churn, and net revenue retention.
- Help process internal employee expense reports, manage corporate spend logs, and cross-reference purchasing documentation.
- Partner with internal accountants during the month-end closing process, assisting with bank ledger updates, data verification, and journal entries.
- Utilize modern ERP integrations such as NetSuite, Sage Intacct, or QuickBooks.
- Research market trends, organize data for financial audits, and support strategic projects for the corporate operations team.
