Requirements

- Proficiency in HR software (e.g., Workday, ADP)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Basic knowledge of employment laws and HR practices
- Knowledge of payroll processes and benefits administration
Responsibilities
- Support with onboarding documentation and facilitate onboarding experience.
- Maintain accurate and updated employee files and HR databases.
- Track employee attendance, leave, and performance records.
- Prepare and process HR documentation, including offer letters and employment agreements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws.
- Assist with payroll processing and manage time-off records.
- Support the benefits enrollment process and address employee inquiries.
- Coordinate employee leave requests.
- Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries.
- Support HR audits and prepare necessary documentation.
