Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a TAM, Solutions Engineer, or customer-facing technical role.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (Google Cloud Platform preferred).
- Proficiency with logs, APIs, and technical tools.
- Strong project management skills.
- Expert troubleshooting skills for integration and data flow issues.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with support systems like Zendesk or Pylon.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, and Customer Success.
- Bachelor’s degree in CS, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Experience with monitoring and observability systems.
Responsibilities
- Manage and provide technical guidance to clients throughout their lifetime as partners.
- Resolve critical technical issues and quarterback multi-departmental efforts for complex issues.
- Partner with the Integrations team to support onboarding and validate integrations.
- Contribute to knowledge base by writing technical documentation, FAQs, and guides.
- Collaborate with Engineering on new product solutions, providing feedback and validation.
- Investigate issues, identify root causes, and escalate complex problems.
- Act as a bridge between customers and internal technical teams.
- Identify areas for operational improvements.
