Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a TAM, Solutions Engineer, or customer-facing technical role.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (Google Cloud Platform preferred).
  • Proficiency with logs, APIs, and technical tools.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Expert troubleshooting skills for integration and data flow issues.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with support systems like Zendesk or Pylon.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, and Customer Success.
  • Bachelor’s degree in CS, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with monitoring and observability systems.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and provide technical guidance to clients throughout their lifetime as partners.
  • Resolve critical technical issues and quarterback multi-departmental efforts for complex issues.
  • Partner with the Integrations team to support onboarding and validate integrations.
  • Contribute to knowledge base by writing technical documentation, FAQs, and guides.
  • Collaborate with Engineering on new product solutions, providing feedback and validation.
  • Investigate issues, identify root causes, and escalate complex problems.
  • Act as a bridge between customers and internal technical teams.
  • Identify areas for operational improvements.
