Requirements
- 5+ years in title, escrow, settlement, or closing (residential resale)
- 2+ years managing a team
- Hands-on experience across the full closing lifecycle from title through disbursement
- Strong knowledge of Federal and multi-state compliance (RESPA, TRID, CFPB, BSA/AML)
- Proficiency in Qualia
- Strong communication skills
- Experience working in a fast-moving, remote, multi-state environment
- Analytical skills and comfort with spreadsheets and BI dashboards
Responsibilities
- Directly manage 6–10 closers, escrow officers, and processors across hiring, onboarding, coaching, and career development
- Run consistent 1:1s, huddles, and performance reviews
- Own team KPIs including cycle time, on-time-to-close, and fall-through rate
- Monitor pipeline health and serve as the senior escalation point
- Conduct routine file audits across title commitments, CDs, and escrow ledgers
- Ensure compliance with Federal and state-specific requirements including RESPA, TRID, CFPB, and BSA/AML
- Partner with Ops and Product teams to identify workflow friction and update SOPs
- Collaborate with Agent Network and Customer Success for seamless customer experiences
