Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of experience in corporate treasury, project finance, or debt administration
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
  • Understanding of corporate credit facilities, project finance structures, and tax equity financing
  • Experience managing debt portfolios and compliance calendars
  • Familiarity with loan agreements and covenant requirements
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Experience collaborating across cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Experience in renewable energy or infrastructure environments preferred
  • Comfort using AI tools for financial analysis

Responsibilities

  • Manage all treasury and debt administration activities across corporate, project, and tax equity financing structures
  • Oversee debt transactions such as loan draws, repayments, and interest payments
  • Review and interpret credit agreements and tax equity partnership agreements to ensure compliance
  • Maintain and manage debt schedules and compliance calendars
  • Partner with Accounting and Finance teams to ensure accurate calculation and disbursement of payments
  • Collaborate with Legal and Compliance teams to resolve regulatory issues
  • Develop and standardize treasury operating procedures
  • Support liquidity planning and cash flow forecasting with FP&A
  • Monitor and analyze debt service obligations and distribution waterfalls
  • Prepare and present updates to senior leadership
