- Strong cross-functional collaborator with experience influencing stakeholders
- Track record of coaching and developing high-potential individuals and leaders
- Excellent analytical, communication, and storytelling skills
- Experience with tools like Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, and Looker
Responsibilities
- Lead and scale a high-performing BDR organization, driving strategic outbound pipeline generation while overseeing inbound lead management.
- Set the long-term vision and strategic direction for the outbound function, aligning initiatives with broader revenue and go-to-market goals.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, RevOps, and Product to develop integrated programs that drive consistent, high-quality lead generation and conversion.
- Establish a data-driven performance culture by developing robust reporting, forecasting, and coaching systems.
- Identify and implement new tools, processes, and workflows to optimize team efficiency and scalability.
- Mentor emerging managers, support career development, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Represent the voice of the outbound team to senior leadership, surfacing trends, challenges, and opportunities.
- Own and refine the playbook for scaling teams, territories, and talent in a dynamic growth environment.
