Requirements
- 1.5+ years of experience as a software engineer.
- Experience designing, developing, and launching backend systems.
- Proficiency in Python or Kotlin.
- Familiarity with distributed systems.
- Experience with AWS, MySQL, and Kubernetes.
- Ability to write clear, well-tested, and extensible code.
- Comfort navigating large code bases and performing code reviews.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
Responsibilities
- Break down larger projects into individual tasks and deliver them in multiple phases.
- Collaborate across engineering to articulate technical constraints and trade-offs.
- Support operations and availability by creating and monitoring metrics.
