Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on paid media experience
- Strong expertise with Meta Ads and TikTok Ads
- Knowledge of DSP and Programmatic Advertising
- Proven ability to plan, strategize, and execute campaigns end-to-end
- Experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM)
- Experience with ad performance tracking tools such as Keitaro
- Proven experience with campaign cloaking
- Strong analytical skills with ability to provide actionable recommendations
- Experience working directly with clients and managing stakeholders
- Fluent English communication skills
- Experience working in iGaming or other highly regulated industries
- Knowledge of advertising account management and migration
Responsibilities
- Develop client-specific paid media strategies and lead end-to-end campaign delivery
- Build campaign structures, audience strategies, budget plans, and testing roadmaps
- Run and measure A/B tests to improve campaign performance
- Monitor live campaign performance and implement data-driven optimizations
- Interpret campaign data into actionable insights and optimization plans
- Ensure accurate conversion tracking, measurement, and forecasting
- Lead reporting and provide performance recommendations
- Advise on creative direction based on performance data
- Collaborate with Digital Account Strategists
- Improve internal processes, SOPs, and reporting workflows
