Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, business, or a related field
- 5+ years managing complex, bespoke enterprise renewals in managed services, IT outsourcing, or hosting environments
- Demonstrated success managing enterprise accounts at $10M–$20M+ ACV
- Strong financial acumen including pricing models, margins, and contract terms
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proven negotiation skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to travel approximately 25% of the time
Responsibilities
- Own the proactive, outbound renewal process from strategy through close across a portfolio of enterprise accounts
- Develop and drive renewal strategy in alignment with client business objectives and commercial goals
- Engage directly with clients to build relationships and position value-add services
- Orchestrate across internal teams including sales, legal, finance, solution architects, and service delivery
- Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and service-level agreements
- Maintain accurate renewal pipeline forecasting in Salesforce
- Identify and mitigate churn risk
- Partner with Advisory & Consulting teams to surface expansion opportunities
- Drive consistency in contract language and commercial frameworks
