Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, business, or a related field
  • 5+ years managing complex, bespoke enterprise renewals in managed services, IT outsourcing, or hosting environments
  • Demonstrated success managing enterprise accounts at $10M–$20M+ ACV
  • Strong financial acumen including pricing models, margins, and contract terms
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven negotiation skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to travel approximately 25% of the time

Responsibilities

  • Own the proactive, outbound renewal process from strategy through close across a portfolio of enterprise accounts
  • Develop and drive renewal strategy in alignment with client business objectives and commercial goals
  • Engage directly with clients to build relationships and position value-add services
  • Orchestrate across internal teams including sales, legal, finance, solution architects, and service delivery
  • Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and service-level agreements
  • Maintain accurate renewal pipeline forecasting in Salesforce
  • Identify and mitigate churn risk
  • Partner with Advisory & Consulting teams to surface expansion opportunities
  • Drive consistency in contract language and commercial frameworks
