Requirements

  • 3–4 years of experience in SaaS renewals or Account Management.
  • Comfortable with complex negotiations and influencing decision-makers.
  • Pro-level experience with Salesforce and CPQ tools.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in Cybersecurity or Identity Management preferred.
  • Global mindset with experience working across various regions.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full renewal cycle end-to-end.
  • Engage customers 90–120 days out to navigate terms, handle objections, and lock in commitments.
  • Drive cross-functional consensus between Sales, Legal, Finance, and Customer Success.
  • Identify upsell, cross-sell, and co-terming opportunities.
  • Maintain source of truth data in Salesforce and manage forecasting.
  • Negotiate with enterprise customers and partners.
