Requirements
- Proven experience in both recruitment leadership and employee success/engagement leadership.
- Strategic mindset paired with hands-on execution capabilities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Proficiency in working with data, KPIs, dashboards, and retention analyses.
- Experience leading, managing, and developing a team.
- Confident in both written and spoken English.
- Ability to foster an inclusive, supportive, and high-performance environment.
- Background in staffing, outsourcing, or BPO environments (preferred).
- Familiarity with ATS platforms such as Ashby, Greenhouse, or Workable (preferred).
- Experience scaling talent functions in a fast-growing company (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to meet staffing needs.
- Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting through onboarding.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and recurring roles.
- Design and lead initiatives that help employees excel, grow, and perform.
- Identify drivers of satisfaction and retention to improve staff experience.
- Manage and mentor the Talent team; set clear goals and foster development.
- Collaborate with department heads to align hiring with workforce planning.
- Track and report on KPIs including time-to-hire, retention, and performance trends.
