Requirements

  • Proven experience in both recruitment leadership and employee success/engagement leadership.
  • Strategic mindset paired with hands-on execution capabilities.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Proficiency in working with data, KPIs, dashboards, and retention analyses.
  • Experience leading, managing, and developing a team.
  • Confident in both written and spoken English.
  • Ability to foster an inclusive, supportive, and high-performance environment.
  • Background in staffing, outsourcing, or BPO environments (preferred).
  • Familiarity with ATS platforms such as Ashby, Greenhouse, or Workable (preferred).
  • Experience scaling talent functions in a fast-growing company (preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to meet staffing needs.
  • Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting through onboarding.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and recurring roles.
  • Design and lead initiatives that help employees excel, grow, and perform.
  • Identify drivers of satisfaction and retention to improve staff experience.
  • Manage and mentor the Talent team; set clear goals and foster development.
  • Collaborate with department heads to align hiring with workforce planning.
  • Track and report on KPIs including time-to-hire, retention, and performance trends.
