Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of experience in Affiliate Management, ideally within the iGaming or performance marketing industry.
  • Strong hands-on experience with LATAM markets and an existing network of active affiliate partners.
  • Deep understanding of affiliate KPIs, performance marketing models, and traffic optimization strategies.
  • Experience working with affiliate tracking platforms such as NetRefer, Affilka, MyAffiliates, or similar tools.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • English required; Spanish and/or Portuguese considered a strong advantage.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote, and results-driven environment.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data.

Responsibilities

  • Build, recruit, and manage a portfolio of affiliate partners across LATAM markets, including Brazil, Mexico, Colombia, Peru, Chile, and Argentina.
  • Develop long-term relationships with affiliates, ensuring consistent engagement, performance alignment, and mutual growth.
  • Negotiate and manage commercial agreements including CPA, RevShare, and Hybrid models in coordination with internal teams.
  • Monitor, analyze, and optimize affiliate performance using key metrics such as FTDs, NGR, traffic quality, and retention rates.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth campaign execution.
  • Ensure affiliates adhere to brand guidelines and regulatory/compliance requirements.
  • Prepare regular performance reports, insights, and forecasts.
