Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in Affiliate Management, ideally within the iGaming or performance marketing industry.
- Strong hands-on experience with LATAM markets and an existing network of active affiliate partners.
- Deep understanding of affiliate KPIs, performance marketing models, and traffic optimization strategies.
- Experience working with affiliate tracking platforms such as NetRefer, Affilka, MyAffiliates, or similar tools.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- English required; Spanish and/or Portuguese considered a strong advantage.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote, and results-driven environment.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data.
Responsibilities
- Build, recruit, and manage a portfolio of affiliate partners across LATAM markets, including Brazil, Mexico, Colombia, Peru, Chile, and Argentina.
- Develop long-term relationships with affiliates, ensuring consistent engagement, performance alignment, and mutual growth.
- Negotiate and manage commercial agreements including CPA, RevShare, and Hybrid models in coordination with internal teams.
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize affiliate performance using key metrics such as FTDs, NGR, traffic quality, and retention rates.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth campaign execution.
- Ensure affiliates adhere to brand guidelines and regulatory/compliance requirements.
- Prepare regular performance reports, insights, and forecasts.
