- Work directly with business leaders to develop proactive hiring strategies.
- Ensure an outstanding candidate experience while upholding diversity and inclusion standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as HR, Legal, and Compensation.
- Utilize advanced sourcing strategies and tools to engage top-tier candidates.
- Provide expert advice to hiring managers on interviewing and candidate evaluation.
- Support employment branding efforts.
