- Experience
- Minimum of 1 year of Medical Director or Clinical Management experience of 8-10 clinicians; Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in obesity medicine
Requirements
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
- American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM) endocrinologist or ABOM certification.
- Valid medical license in relevant states.
- Minimum of 1 year of Medical Director or Clinical Management experience (8-10 clinicians).
- Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in obesity medicine.
- Proven experience in telemedicine practice management.
- Demonstrated ability to lead diverse clinical teams.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills.
- Strong leadership capabilities with a focus on empathy and emotional intelligence.
Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, mentor, and support a group of 30-40 clinicians.
- Manage the practice’s Clinical Leads who provide day-to-day guidance to teams.
- Conduct quarterly quality and performance evaluations for clinicians.
- Develop and monitor clinical protocols to ensure evidence-based practices.
- Analyze business data and KPIs to drive practice efficiency.
- Conduct chart reviews to assess performance and quality.
- Promote an inclusive team culture and prioritize clinician well-being.
- Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic initiatives and service expansion.
