Requirements
- 5+ years practicing as an attending physician.
- Medical degree from an accredited US medical school.
- Completion of an accredited US residency in Obstetrics/Gynecology.
- Active, unrestricted medical license in the US (with willingness to obtain in all states).
- Active certification with the American Board of Obstetricians and Gynecologists.
- Experience leading collaborative, team-based care.
- Proficiency with various tech platforms.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide medical leadership and collaborative clinical support to a multi-disciplinary team.
- Manage assigned patient population and clinical outcomes.
- Provide physician supervision and consultation for APPs, RNs, dietitians, and specialists.
- Lead multi-disciplinary care coordination meetings and care plan development.
- Partner with Operations to drive population health and performance improvements.
- Conduct cross-disciplinary reviews and peer reviews for medical providers.
- Participate in 24/7 virtual on-call coverage.
