Requirements
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
- ABIM certified endocrinologist or ABOM certification.
- Valid medical license in relevant states.
- Minimum 1 year of Medical Director or Clinical Management experience of 8-10 clinicians.
- Minimum 5 years of clinical experience in obesity medicine.
- Proven experience in telemedicine practice management.
- Strong understanding of telehealth technologies.
- Demonstrated ability to lead a diverse clinical team.
Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, mentor, and support a group of 30-40 clinicians.
- Oversee 3-5 Clinical Leads providing day-to-day guidance.
- Provide continuous improvement feedback and performance evaluations.
- Develop and monitor clinical protocols and standards.
- Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic initiatives for growth and service expansion.
- Review business and clinical data to drive improvements in KPIs.
- Conduct chart reviews and resolve clinician/patient concerns.
