Responsibilities
- Assist with weekly scheduling of inbound trucks leaving and injecting around various points around the country to make our delivery SLAs
- Work closely with our carrier and 3PL partners to ensure customer satisfaction and on-time delivery
- Drive performance through holding partners accountable by using data and KPIs
- Monitor and report out key performance indicators such as on time delivery, claim statuses, financial performance
- Work with cross-functional teams to support the seamless flow of our deliveries from vendors to our facilities
- Work closely with our cross docking partners to build density and utilization
- FTL/LTL coordination depending on freight requirements
- Work with our operations teams to help support our growing 3PL business
- Assist in managing the weekly/monthly expenses and work with AP to correct any discrepancies
