Requirements

  • 5+ years in creative strategy or performance creative.
  • 2-3 years direct ownership of a measurable performance number (CAC, hook rate, CTR, bookings).
  • Experience at a consumer business.
  • Proficiency in performance creative stack (Meta, Google, TikTok, Motion, Atria).
  • Expertise in AI tools (LLMs, image/video generation) for creative workflows.
  • Strong analytical skills using GA4, Hex, or equivalent.
  • Excellent copywriting skills for ad scripts and copy.
  • Experience briefing creative teams or editors.
  • Proven ability to translate analysis into recommendations for cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of consumer storytelling.

Responsibilities

  • Own the concepting process from ideation to testing.
  • Act as the creative quality bar to ensure brand and strategic alignment.
  • Run a continuous experimentation program at concept and component levels.
  • Manage the weekly creative review cadence and performance decision-making.
  • Build and maintain a searchable learning repository.
  • Implement AI-enabled workflows for creative generation and production.
  • Collaborate with performance marketing on Analytics, Media Buying, and Creative loops.
  • Partner with the CRO operator to ensure ad-to-landing-page message match.
  • Define creative media gaps and brief content production.
  • Manage the creative dashboard and performance reporting.
