- Proven track record leading creative strategy for high-growth brands.
- Deep experience developing high-performing creative for Meta and TikTok.
- Demonstrated experience mentoring or managing strategists or creative teams.
- Exceptional analytical skills connecting creative decisions to performance.
- Strong commercial awareness for DTC and e-commerce brands.
- Excellent presentation and stakeholder management skills.
- Deep understanding of consumer psychology and conversion principles.
- Proactive, ownership-led mindset.
- Passion for innovation and AI-powered workflows.
Responsibilities
- Lead creative strategy for a portfolio of key client accounts.
- Define creative testing frameworks, experimentation roadmaps, and strategic priorities.
- Translate performance data and consumer insights into actionable creative strategies.
- Oversee creative production including UGC, creator content, and design assets.
- Mentor and develop Creative Strategists and other team members.
- Present strategic recommendations to founders and senior stakeholders.
- Partner with account leads to improve client retention and account growth.
- Establish and refine internal creative processes and workflows.
