  • 5+ years in customer-facing roles such as TAM, Support Engineer, or Professional Services
  • Strong experience with MITRE ATT&CK framework and detection engineering
  • Hands-on expertise with SIEM, EDR, firewalls, threat intelligence, and vulnerability management tools
  • Infrastructure knowledge across cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) and on-premises (Windows, macOS, Linux)
  • Familiarity with BAS, pentesting, threat hunting, red teaming, and CTEM
  • Proven track record delivering workshops and driving post-sales success
  • Skilled at cross-functional collaboration and project ownership
  • Clear communication skills for technical and executive stakeholders
  • Ability to travel up to 15%

Responsibilities

  • Lead onboarding and complex implementation projects for enterprise customers
  • Provide expert technical guidance throughout the customer lifecycle
  • Manage customer relationships to meet established SLAs
  • Drive product adoption and expansion using usage data insights
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Support teams
  • Use tools like Gainsight to track customer engagement and risk
  • Work independently during APAC business hours while maintaining global alignment
