Requirements
- 3+ years managing software implementation or professional services projects
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain project tracking systems
- Experience with resource planning and calendar-based capacity management
- AI-fluent (actively uses tools like Claude, automation platforms, or similar)
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to command respect from technical and non-technical teams
Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of services engagements: kickoff, milestone tracking, delivery, and close-out
- Maintain real-time project tracker integrated with Salesforce contracts
- Own resource allocation matching team members to projects based on capacity
- Build and maintain standardized onboarding templates for client implementations
- Send automated status reminders and escalate at-risk projects
- Work directly with the services team to remove blockers
- Identify opportunities to automate repetitive PM tasks using AI tools
- Provide leadership with clean weekly project health reports
