Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce administration (Sales and Service Cloud).
  • Experience with process automation, data modeling, and security model configuration (Roles, Profiles, Permission Sets).
  • Understanding of data migration, import/export, and data quality maintenance.
  • Familiarity with integration patterns and APIs (e.g., Jira integration).
  • Good communication skills.
  • English proficiency (B2+).

Responsibilities

  • Administer and configure Salesforce (Sales and Service Cloud) platforms.
  • Manage user access, including profiles, roles, permission sets, and security hierarchy.
  • Create and maintain custom objects, fields, page layouts, and Lightning Record Pages to support business processes.
  • Develop and maintain automation processes using Salesforce Flow, assignment rules, and validation rules.
  • Assist in integrating Salesforce with existing tools (Jira, Mautic, Google Workspace, etc.).
  • Support, train, and onboard users on Salesforce best practices and system functionality.
  • Conduct regular system audits to ensure data integrity and track key sales/support KPIs through reports and dashboards.
