Requirements
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce administration (Sales and Service Cloud).
- Experience with process automation, data modeling, and security model configuration (Roles, Profiles, Permission Sets).
- Understanding of data migration, import/export, and data quality maintenance.
- Familiarity with integration patterns and APIs (e.g., Jira integration).
- Good communication skills.
- English proficiency (B2+).
Responsibilities
- Administer and configure Salesforce (Sales and Service Cloud) platforms.
- Manage user access, including profiles, roles, permission sets, and security hierarchy.
- Create and maintain custom objects, fields, page layouts, and Lightning Record Pages to support business processes.
- Develop and maintain automation processes using Salesforce Flow, assignment rules, and validation rules.
- Assist in integrating Salesforce with existing tools (Jira, Mautic, Google Workspace, etc.).
- Support, train, and onboard users on Salesforce best practices and system functionality.
- Conduct regular system audits to ensure data integrity and track key sales/support KPIs through reports and dashboards.
