Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working within the Fintech or Financial Services sector.
- Hands-on experience testing within Salesforce.
- Hands-on experience testing within SAP environments.
- Expertise in manual/functional testing.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
- Familiarity with Agile delivery models and Jira.
- Proactive and energetic personality with stakeholder management skills.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and execute end-to-end (E2E), user acceptance (UAT), system integration, and non-regression test cycles.
- Analyze business requirements and process flows to design structured test scenarios, test scripts, and comprehensive test documentation.
- Perform rigorous data quality, consistency, and integrity checks after data mocks and production migrations.
- Track, document, and manage defect logs using Jira.
- Coordinate directly with the Migration Team and technical developers to ensure timely resolution and retesting.
- Facilitate smooth communication between finance, business users, and technical teams to define testing scope, priorities, and blockers.
- Monitor overall testing progress, deliver status updates, conduct root cause analysis, and support cutover readiness.
