Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 7 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
- Strong expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Salesforce APIs.
- Experience working with Salesforce Sales Cloud, CPQ, and Billing modules.
- Knowledge of Salesforce data models, security architecture, automation, and integration patterns.
- Experience with middleware platforms and enterprise system integrations.
- Familiarity with DevOps tools, deployment pipelines, and CI/CD practices.
- Experience working in Agile/SCRUM environments and tools such as JIRA.
- Exposure to quote-to-cash processes, billing workflows, or financial automation solutions.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required.
- Developer II or CPQ Specialist certification preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy customized Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, JavaScript, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and deliver solutions that address complex operational needs.
- Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms.
- Implement event-driven architectures using Platform Events to enable scalable integrations and real-time data exchange.
- Develop and enhance Salesforce CPQ and Billing solutions to improve quote-to-cash processes.
- Optimize Salesforce applications for performance, security, usability, and long-term maintainability.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment activities, and CI/CD processes using tools such as Git and Copado.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including solution designs and development standards.
- Collaborate with Salesforce administrators to ensure alignment with configuration, automation, and development best practices.
- Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for production environments.
