Requirements
- Computer science degree or equivalent experience.
- Excellent foundation in computer science and algorithms.
- Proficiency in Python and Django (must-have).
- Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL.
- Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or AWS.
- Experience writing highly secure web applications.
- Excellent verbal and written English skills.
- Strong project management skills.
- Ability to work 9am-5pm EST or maintain at least 50% shift overlap.
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain workflows to ensure visual design consistency and workload balance.
- Develop and oversee testing schedules for client-server environments across browsers and devices.
- Produce high-quality code and optimize performance and scalability of web applications.
- Manage and optimize scalable distributed systems and databases on the cloud.
- Develop automated tests for business requirements and regression testing.
- Identify development goals and themes to build a product roadmap and address challenges.
- Collect feedback to enhance product features and define strategic goals.
