Requirements
- Solid knowledge and professional experience with Java.
- Strong understanding of core software engineering concepts.
- Experience working with relational and non-relational databases.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and Javascript.
- Ability to work effectively with remote and international teams.
- Ability to communicate clearly and objectively.
- Comfortable participating in meetings conducted in English.
- Demonstrated ownership and a solution-oriented mindset.
Responsibilities
- Efficiently design technical solutions, discuss non-functional requirements, and assess new solutions for maintainability.
- Develop system metrics, alerts, and dashboards using tools like Prometheus, Kibana, Grafana, and New Relic.
- Monitor system module health and performance, provide support to operational teams, and resolve production issues.
- Lead technical initiatives, participate in functional discussions with product teams, and document business features.
- Develop complex backend services, API endpoints, repositories, and UI components for the Admin Portal.
- Conduct data and log analysis to investigate issues and ensure system performance.
- Provide technical and operational training for internal teams and newcomers.
