Requirements
- Solid experience as a Back-End Developer using Java 17, Java 21, or later, with Spring Boot.
- Strong knowledge of microservices architecture and synchronous/asynchronous communication patterns.
- Experience with messaging technologies such as SNS/SQS, RabbitMQ, or similar solutions.
- Solid understanding of software engineering best practices, clean architecture, and code quality principles.
- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases, including Oracle, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Redis.
- Knowledge of software quality practices, including unit testing, test automation, and testing pyramid concepts.
- Experience with observability, monitoring, and troubleshooting tools.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Experience with Git, Docker, Kubernetes, API development, and distributed, resilient system design.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain backend software solutions focused on scalable and high-performance product capabilities using modern Java technologies.
- Contribute to technical and architectural decisions by evaluating solution resilience, scalability, security, and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the design, development, validation, and delivery of software solutions.
- Define, implement, and execute testing strategies to ensure product quality, reliability, and maintainability.
- Monitor system performance, analyze operational metrics, and identify opportunities for optimization and continuous improvement.
- Promote agile development practices, knowledge sharing, and effective collaboration across the engineering team.
- Design, document, and implement APIs and distributed architectures while supporting complex technical problem-solving.
- Foster an inclusive, collaborative environment that encourages innovation, accountability, and successful project delivery.
