- Strong clinical skills in evidence-based modalities (CBT, DBT, or ACT)
- Interest in working with autistic or neurodivergent adults
- Comfort with technology and virtual care platforms (Zoom, EHR, Slack)
- Excellent communication skills
- Commitment to client-centered care
Responsibilities
- Provide therapy for autistic and neurodivergent adults via telehealth
- Maintain a caseload of 15+ or 25+ clients depending on position type
- Engage in weekly drop-ins and peer consultation
- Participate in specialized training and monthly case conferences
- Ensure documentation and administrative compliance via EHR
